Kardon Ponds' proposed buildings will evoke Downingtown's charming historic architecture. A range of low maintenance home types and sizes will be offered. For those not wishing any stairs, there will be 2 bedroom Garden Level homes available. For those seeking townhomes, a variety of 2 and 3 bedroom choices are proposed. Upscale villa homes featuring master bedroom suite on the living level will be available with optional elevator.

All homes will have 1- or 2-car garages plus rear driveways and front porches and most will have patios or decks. All homes will be highly energy efficient – saving you thousands of dollars in energy bills.

Prices and final details have not yet been finalized. Preliminarily, prices are expected to range from under $200,000 to the low $300's. For more information on what is contemplated, please take our survey.
